Project Mission

The Law of Life Project is a public interest legal organization dedicated to legally defending the right to life and dignity of the human being from biological conception until natural death in all matters worldwide where such a defense is required.

Sherley v. Sebelius

This federal lawsuit seeks to overturn the controversial guidelines for public funding of destructive human embryonic stem cell research that the National Institutes of Health issued on July 7, 2009.

Nova Health Systems v. Edmondson

The Law of Life Project is intervening on behalf of American Victims of Abortion as a party defendant to defend the constitutionality of the new Oklahoma law, currently enjoined, requiring abortionist's to show and explain ultrasound images of a mother's child before the mother may give her "informed consent" electing to abort her pregnancy.
